McDonald’s® and Burger King® both offer grilled chicken sandwiches and “kid-sized” burgers. Hold the mayonnaise and any other sauce on your sandwich; opt instead for ketchup, mustard, pickles and lettuce.

Chili and Baked Potatoes
Order something that comes in a soft tortilla. If you visit Taco Bell® or another fast-food Mexican restaurant, choose soft rather than items with deep-fried chips or on a hard taco shell, which was probably also deep-fried. Hold the sour cream, ask for only a small amount of cheese and order a side of refried beans.
You can still have pizza on your diet. Simply ask for your pizza on a thin crust and skip the meat --- just have vegetables as your topping.
